I didn't plan it that way. Each one came from a problem I needed to solve.
Some people find their path early.
They follow it cleanly, arrive where they planned, and the story makes sense from the first page.
Mine didn't work like that.
I trained as a medical doctor in Ireland. I ended up on a manufacturing floor in Penang.
Different worlds. Same thinking.
That diagnostic habit — find the real cause before you treat the symptom — turned out to be worth millions on the factory floor.
USD 6M recovered on one programme. USD 1M on another. Not from working harder. From thinking in systems.
